Post Office announces changes in handling personal mail to Armed Forces in Vietnam via APO or FPO addresses. Only letter mail leaves San Francisco after February 5. second and third class mail and parcels not accepted after February 5 with cutoffs varying by mail type. Letter mail to Vietnam Military Post Office addresses must be mailed before March to ensure delivery. Navy personnel to FPO 96626 may still mail letter mail until further notice.
