Meredith Britz a 21 year old Johns Hopkins student created an eight color 12 by 12 foot mural spelling Scarsdale on the old parcel post annex wall visible from the Scarsdale Train Station. Village officials approved the project with Community Improvement Corps help and a planned Paris study trip follows.
