Village Board Adopts Budget After Public Hearing
The Village Board, in executive session after a public hearing on Tuesday evening, adopted the coming year’s budget. Total expenditures are 1,699,500 with 359,500 receipts, leaving 1,340,000 to be raised by taxation and a tax rate of 15.056. The meeting was small in attendance. The League of Women Voters and Woman's Club representatives attended.
