Postmaster Harold Drury Dies at His Home Here
Harold M. Drury longtime Scarsdale postmaster since 1935 died April 15 at age 60 after illness at his Barry Rd home. WWII veteran and Fordham alumnus served in the 78th Division. Survived by wife May Cunningham Drury four daughters a brother four sisters two grandchildren and a cousin Rt Rev Msgr Martin Drury. Services were held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and burial followed at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
