Ambassador Charles Yost, a former U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations, will speak at the Scarsdale Hartsdale United Nations Association meeting hosted by the Scarsdale Woman's Club on Wednesday April 26. A dessert reception precedes the 8 p.m. program. Yost will discuss the UNs triumphs and frustrations and U.S. role in increasing its effectiveness.
