The Rev L M Keys of the United Brethren church in Scandia died Tuesday morning at age 57 5 14 following a year of illness. Survived by mother Mrs Jacob Keys of Long Beach California sister Mrs Mark Smith Wakeeney and brothers Ralph Denver E A Salina J F Pasadena and Phiny Keys Africa Continent. Hand Carved Picture Frames Create Miniature Marvels
Ole Swanson a retired San Francisco mariner carved hand made frames and miniatures over forty years using only a pocket knife. During a Scandia visit he gifted Mr and Mrs L A Melby with a self portrait and works set in a 1500 piece frame a 4900 piece cathedral and a 1554 piece Golden Gate Bridge replica all carved to interlock without glue. He also crafts boat miniatures and builds them inside bottles.

Fisher Pleads Guilty In Liquor Possession Case
