Notice of Sales and Court Actions in Liberty County and Savannah
Months after date an application will be made to the court of ordinary in Liberty County to sell two tracts of land belonging to the estate of John K H Fraser for the benefit of creditors. In Savannah an inferior court will be asked to order the sale of Jonas Heedick’s real estate for heirs and creditors.
