Two California Men Burned In Propane Explosion

Youth charged in string of obscene phone calls
Sandpoint police Friday took a 14-year-old boy into custody and charged him with making obscene calls over three to four months. Detective Andy Anderson said police and the telephone company traced the culprit. 30 to 50 victims received calls, though many did not report them.
