Two-Vehicle Crash in Ponderay Injures One
Idaho State Police investigated a Wednesday crash at Birch and Third streets in Ponderay. Two vehicles collided. Betty Leé Shaver 19 of Ponderay and Lois Harbison 48 of Sandpoint were involved. One person was sent to Bonner General Hospital with minor injuries. Harbison was tested for failure to yield.

Two Men Hold Up Spokane Gas Station
Two men robbed the Ritz Northtown Philips 66 station on the north side of Spokane shortly after midnight. One suspect brandished a pistol and the pair escaped by car with about $60. No injuries were reported.
