Panhandle Rodeo stock arrives for Sandpoint event

Stock contractor Sonny Kelsey arrives with 20 bulls in Sandpoint for the Panhandle Rodeo set for Saturday and Sunday, as Kelsey and partner Joe prepare 150 head of stock including 70 bucking horses. Spokane Man Injured In Dover Two Car Crash

A 42 year old Spokane man Roland R. Fox was listed in satisfactory condition at Bonner General Hospital after a two car crash at Dover yesterday. He was pinned in his vehicle and transported by ambulance. The other driver Mark A. Pittelico 17 of Sagle was treated and released at Bonner General Hospital.

Featherston seeks outside prosecutor in Hofmeister homicide

Bonner County Prosecutor Daniel Featherston plans to petition for a special outside prosecutor to handle the Hofmeister homicide case. He says the investigation will extend five to six weeks and notes the special prosecutor will have full powers with all case files transferred, as two candidates from Idaho cities are considered.

Bonner County School Enrollment Rises 4.2 Percent

New figures for the 1974-75 opening day show 181 more students enrolled than last year. Farmin elementary reports 463 in grades 3 to 6 up from 437, with Nor thside 150 129 and Priest River 451 416, Sand Point Junior High 400 372. Superintendent Dr. E Wayne Likens notes a 4.2 percent year over year rise and a small seventh to eighth grade decline.
