State Board bans alcohol on Idaho colleges now

The Idaho State Board of Education adopted an emergency five point policy banning illegal possession and consumption of alcohol on four state higher education campuses. The rule bars public-area alcohol use and sales, warns of sanctions, and will be followed by a permanent policy process expected to take about 90 days.
