Dale Rockwood of the Idaho Farm Bureau urges all Idahoans to study the proposed revised Constitution before the November 3 election. He highlights changes such as no residency requirement for legislative candidates, potential for more frequent special sessions, and four year Senate terms. Special Olympics Movie Tonight

The Adjustment PTA schedules a special meeting at 7 30 p m in the Washington School cafeteria. Movies of the Special Olympics held in Pocatello this summer will be shown by the children for their parents entertainment. Fish Help Proposed to Recondition Dworshak Hatchery Ponds

Lewiston Idaho United States Army Corps of Engineers should convert 59 ponds at the Dworshak fish hatchery to a reconditioned water system. Fish and Game Director John Woodworth says the move is needed to meet combined steelhead smelt and resident trout production goals and offset Dworshak Dam effects. Immediate action is urged to prevent loss of resident juvenile steelhead above the dam, expected as early as summer 1971.

Local Youth Dies In Head-On Crash

A Sandpoint youth Lawrence E. Lee 20 died in a Friday night head on crash about 21 miles north of Spokane. Two others remained in critical condition Rebecca L. Peterson 18 and Ernest E. Webb 60 with Beulah Webb 66 in serious condition. Funeral plans are pending. Boise meeting names Dr Pete South veterinarian of the year and president elect Dr Schuyler Foochs vice president.

Cattlemen Offer Reward In Idaho For Property Theft

The Idaho Cattlemen's Association and the Bonner County Cattlemen's Association combined will pay up to 1150 dollars for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone stealing or killing cattle or arson to property belonging to members in good standing.
