Logging Tragedy Claims Another Life Near Priest Lake
A second fatal logging accident in three weeks occurred near Squaw Valley Road at Highway 57. Jack Ray Eisner 33 of Priest River was killed when a hung felled tree fell on him while he worked for Brooks Logging. Eisner had lived in the Priest River area about 18 months and was originally from West Virginia.
