Sandpoint Man Cited In Mishap Here
Three local motorists were involved in a triple car non injuring accident two miles south of here on US 95. Delbert Don Leaverton 56 of Sandpoint was cited for inattentive driving after his car struck Wilborn L. Overholzer 38 of Coeur d Alene whose stopped to help a stalled driver Russell Whalen 51 of Sagle. Overholzer had flashing lights on when Leaverton rear ended his vehicle causing damage to all three. Deputy Larry Berry investigated.

Youth Cited In Mishap In Dover Neighborhood
A 17 year old Sandpoint youth Timothy L Kolmorgan was cited for inattentive driving after a one car accident in the Dover residential area Wednesday night. He lost attention, skidded through a barbed wire fence and struck a stump. no injuries were reported.

Planners shelve rezoning proposal near Sandpoint
County planners tabled a 5.5 acre rezoning request north of Sandpoint on US 95 from residential agricultural to commercial.
