Critchell Hired For City Police Force
Chief Larry Sterling announced the hiring of Ed Critchell a former Sandpoint resident and Vietnam veteran to fill a vacancy. Critchell who lost part of a leg in 1969 passed the Idaho Police Academy with top marks and high physical test scores surpassing some officers. He joined the force this past Sunday restoring seven officers.
