No Oversupply Seen By Eastern Washington North Idaho Hay Experts
United Press International reports county extension agents in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho expect no hay oversupply this summer. Several counties note reduced alfalfa acreage and lower yields due to the 1972 73 freeze and last summer drought, offset by some grain hay plantings. Predictions range from about 60 to 70 percent of normal in parts of Northern Idaho.

Storcheff Pay Plan Gives State Workers At Least 2 Percent Raise
Boise Idaho—State employees will receive a minimum two per cent pay increase starting July 1, with the Storcheff plan guiding the raises.
