Manning named director of aeronautics for Idaho

Weekend accidents injure one and damage three cars
Two accidents over the weekend near Sandpoint produced one injury and extensive vehicle damage. Douglas A. Moore, 19, of Sandpoint, was cited for failure to yield after his car collided with Duane J. Finney, 21, also of Sandpoint, on Boyer Avenue. A second crash involved Tommy Powell, 53, of Spirit Lake, whose car rolled in a ditch on U.S. 41. Powell was not cited as a breath test was pending.
