Car Kills Horse as Driver Is Injured Near Sandpoint
Kenneth Kimzey 20 of Sandpoint was injured in the face by flying glass when his 1962 Ford struck a loose black mare on Highway 2 about four miles west of Sandpoint at 9 30 last night. Deputy David Hare reports the horse died at the scene and Kimzey was treated at Bonner General Hospital and released.
