The Diamond Cup unlimited hydroplane race in Coeur d Alene is in doubt as underwriters postpone a council meeting to March 21. If held, the Aug. 13 event would be the first since 1968 on the lake, needing city approval for beach and Tubbs Hill spectator areas.
