Woman injured in one car crash north of Sandpoint
Two Montana women were injured in a one car accident north of Sandpoint on Highway 200. Elizabeth Carey 79 Drummond operator of the car and Ruby Blackman Butte passenger were treated at Bonner General Hospital in stable condition. Carey suffered a broken left leg and back strain while Blackman had back injuries. The car sustained about 300 dollars damage. No citations were issued.

Bonner County deputy Rocky Eveland said a burglary at Ed's Payless Service Station in Kootenay occurred early today. A security officer found the break in at 5:30 a.m after checking at 3 a.m. Entry was gained by breaking a rear window and about ten dollars of candy and cigarettes were stolen.
