P & I Commission Sets Tonight Hearings on Shops and Rentals
Bonner County Planning and Zoning will hold public hearings at 7:30 p.m. in the courthouse on three proposed projects: a sheet metal shop four miles north of Sandpoint on U.S. 9, a taxidermy shop one mile east of U.S. on the Sagle Road, and a 12 unit fourplex near Sandpoint on Lincoln Street. The city council tabled the Lincoln Street proposal pending the hearing, citing potential annexation and water capacity concerns.
