Drowning at City Beach Claims 18 Year Old Life
LeoP Belgarde 18 drowned Tuesday at City Beach while swimming with friends near docks by the boat ramps. Assistant Chief Geenen retrieved him, CPR was performed but he died at Bonner General Hospital. Police investigate cause.

Sandpoint police filed charges in district court against three male juveniles ages 15 16 and 17 in connection with May 15 tire slashings.
