Right Of Way Costs Updated For Land Use in Idaho
National Resource Land rights of way now require applicants to pay all costs for environmental reports and monitoring. Idaho Director William L. Mathews says the policy applies to power lines pipelines and other structures across public lands. Fees scale with project size starting at 50 for short power lines or 250 for 40 acre area rights of way with additional charges for longer or larger requests.
