UPI reports four trustees named by Judge John P. Fullam to reorganize Penn Central met to interview candidates for chief executive. They aim for a dramatic service improvement while avoiding mass layoffs from the 94 000 workforce, and will meet again next week with banks contesting a contempt issue over collateral deposits.
