Nellie Jensen, born April 28 1908 in Arlington South Dakota, died July 14 at Sacred Heart Hospital Spokane. Survived by two sons Walter and Martin Jensen. daughter Mrs Mabel Hornwall. 14 grandchildren. four brothers and three sisters. Funeral held Saturday at Moon Chapel Sandpoint with interment at Pinecrest Memorial Park Sandpoint.

Hanns Christian Hess died July 16 1971 at age 97. Born August 9 1873 in Bergen Norway he went to Alaska in 1898 for the Gold Rush and later farmed in Tacoma Washington. He retired six years ago to Sandpoint and was a Lutheran, survived by two sons Leslie and Robert Hess five grandchildren and three great.
