Moratorium Rejected on Ada County Revaluation Request
Idaho Tax Commission refused a one year moratorium on taxes based on Ada County revaluation values. The panel said inequities exist but would be fewer than those in 1976 and earlier valuations. Two Youths Arrested in Alberta Auto Theft Case

Bicycle-Truck Crash on Old Priest River Highway Claims Woman
William H. West, 27, of Priest River, remains in critical condition at Sacred Heart Hospital after a Sunday bicycle truck collision on the Old Priest River Highway. Catherine Anne Bauer, 27, of Coeur d'Alene, died in the crash.
