Sandpoint Condo Del Sol starts as funding secured
Work begins immediately on the 180 unit Condo Del Sol in Sandpoint after Hawaiian Enterprises Lts entered a joint venture with a U S Financial Group member to fund 3 9 million dollars. Phase one covers 60 units in five buildings with a 2 1/2 year completion projection. Units will be wired for television, washer dryer and dishwasher. The project includes a swimming pool landscaping underground wiring and a future restaurant and cocktail lounge. a 1 million building permit has been approved by the City of Sandpoint.
