James Schweitzer, one of seven CETA workers fired at Clark Fork in mid March, appeals his dismissal citing long hair as the motive. The Sandpoint office found poor attitude and work performance justified the firing. Schweitzer contends the program fired only those with long hair. The case proceeded to a Boise monitor advocate hearing with Schweitzer, a foreman, and witnesses testifying.
