The Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce hosts Farmers Day at Schweitzer Basin on Thursday March 14 with coordination by Schweitzer and the Bonner County Agricultural Extension Office. Free lift rides and equipment use are offered. a no host luncheon costs 2.50 dollars and includes fried chicken and sides. Attendees must sign up at the county extension office by March 7.

Ayers Elected K and K Chairman for Lake Pend Oreille Club
Bud Ayers of Sandpoint was unanimously chosen as chairman of the Lake Pend Oreille Idaho Club at a noon Pastime meeting. Mike Dukart was elected secretary and Del Brown publicity chair.
