The Sandpoint Winter Carnival returns after a yearslong pause led by local youths and the Jaycee chapter with a parade at 6 15 p m through Cedar First Church ending at Farmin School grounds. About 4000 dollars of camera equipment vanished from Schweitzer Basin on Sunday. The loss involved a 16 millimeter Bolex camera, five Sweitar lenses, a light meter, sport pack, eight film rolls, and small tools. Fred Nelson of Know Products in Seattle owned the gear. It was last seen near the brown bag room in the Schweitzer Day Lodge. The Bonner County Sheriff's Office filed the report on Tuesday and distributed descriptions to regional agencies.

Mobile Homes Arrive For Flood Victims In Idaho
