Tammy Jo McLinden aged 4 died February 6 at Bonner General Hospital. Born July 10, 1969 in Las Vegas Nevada she moved to Heron with her parents and attended Heron Community Church. Survived by Nellie Jo and Barney McLinden Anthony her brother and numerous relatives. Funeral services Monday February 11 at 2 p.m. MST at Heron Cemetery with Rev. Craig Parrish officiating. Viewing at Heron Community Church 12 to 1 30 p.m.

Chairman John Sessions says they invited Chevron Pipeline Co. district superintendent, Idaho Petroleum Council spokesman, and State Office of Energy director to review allocations, priorities, emergency provisions, application methods, and what happens if a retailer quits.
A Senate hopeful argues plans and controls are outdated. He asserts government should not be run by a detached elite but by individuals who decide how to live, claiming freedom drives prosperity. Smith holds a law degree from the University of Idaho and a theology master's from Northwestern.
