Idaho Water Co officials said Kellogg may have chlorinated water by Thursday evening, eliminating the need for residents to boil drinking water. Full water service restoration was expected by Wednesday evening after main line freezes December 7 and bypass water resumed December 15.

Society Names Rock Clock Winner at Bonner County event

Ice jams along the Snake River in Southwestern Idaho and Eastern Oregon eased after warmer weather. Officials in Bingham County and Weiser reported receded flooding and partial reopenings, while Weiser River runoff swelled. Malheur County said no new evacuations. Fog Lingers Over Nation Keeps Travel Delayed
