North Vietnam says Hanoi prison hit during raids

Hanoi Radio claimed a prison camp in Hanoi known as the Hanoi Hilton was struck during intensified U.S. bombing. It said walls and ceilings collapsed, the courtyard was littered with bomb splinters, and many American prisoners were angry. The report noted prisoners captured in recent B52 downings and described visits by Joan Baez and a Families of Prisoners of War delegation including Telford Taylor, Rev. Michael Allen, and Barry Romo.

Hospitals sue over nursing home cost payments in Idaho

Ten Idaho hospitals filed a federal suit in Boise against the Health and Welfare department and Dr. John Marks. They claim the SRS does not reimburse reasonable actual costs of caring for nursing home patients. Plaintiffs include St Benedicts Jerome Minidoka Memorial Rupert and others.

Nordeen Elected to Inland Empire Electrical League Board
