Cooper Seeks Insurance Settlement Over Idaho Claim
Paul R. Cooper, now Middleton police chief, seeks insurer help after a judge barred a Small Claims Court judgment against Idaho. The state insurer initially rejected a tort claim of 321 dollars and a $261.25 small claims judgment was overturned by a writ of review.
