Fires rage in Utah as 23 blazes burn authorities say

About fifty state firefighters tackle a 4 000 acre range fire near Golden Spike National Monument in Box Elder County while a federal crew of 100 works to surround a 1 260 acre fire in Hell s Hole Canyon Fish Lake National Forest. Forest Service spokesman Bob Christopher noted 21 smaller fires and limited manpower due to seasonal workers returning to teaching. Most fires are small and expected to be controlled once crews reach them.

Couple Sues Over Drive-in Restaurant and Noncompete
A $290000 lawsuit was filed by David and Sandra Davis against Edward and Betty Gage.
