Bonner County Fair Opens With Large Exhibits And Events
The Bonner County Fair began with crowds racing to see live bears, cougars, livestock, fowl, and vegetables. 4-H and FFA activities include king and queen crowning at 7:30, a talent contest with $50 prize, and extensive judging and sales sessions through Friday, ending Saturday with dog obedience, forestry, poultry judging, and draft horse shows. The four day event is free to the public with 50 plus booths on display and the Idaho Draft Horse International upcoming in October.

Baldy Road Gets Major Upgrading
Bonner County Road Dist. 3 will overlay Baldy Road from north Boyer to Division Street and along Division to the city limits to extend road life and smooth the bed.
