City Sandpoint council approves long lease for hospital land
The Sandpoint City Council unanimously approved a pact with the Pend Oreille Hospital District to convey Lot 5, Block 1 Farmin’s addition, to the city and lease it back for not less than 99 years. The move enables hospital funds and federal aid for a new facility, with public hearings set for Aug 24 and Sept 13 1971.
