Council approves changes to traffic and parking actions
The city plans to publish diagrams this week to remind drivers of a midweek changeover. State approval is sought to convert First Avenue and Cedar Street into one way streets. The council voted 3 to 2 to end parking charges behind Idaho First National Bank and to end reserved spaces after September 1. The Parks committee may spend up to 3000 for lot improvements. Conditional use permits were granted for James Paulsen law office at 110 South Third Avenue and Gem State Title at Fourth Avenue and Church Street.
