Sandpoint man charged with disturbing the peace

Youth Shot At Vehicle Window In Garfield Bay Incident
Edward C Pomme of Gold Beach Oregon reported to the Bonner County Sheriff's Office that someone fired at his car on the way to Garfield Bay. Sheriff Robert Wilcox said investigation determined a 10 year old boy using a pellet gun caused the damage and that the boy's parents agreed to cover costs.
