Acquittal in New York Shadows Dean Credibility

The acquittal of John Mitchell and Maurice Stans on conspiracy and perjury charges places John W. Dean III under scrutiny as a primary witness. Dean, Nixon's former counsel and key Watergate accuser, had testified about discussions with Mitchell over Vesco's SEC problems and later pleaded guilty to one conspiracy count. Northern Lights Loans Approved for new service growth

Northern Lights, Inc. of Sandpoint has an 822700 loan at five percent from the Rural Electrification Administration to finance service for about 400 more customers 48 miles of distribution and six miles of transmission line. The plan includes a five and a half mile line to connect Priest River area with Blue Lake substation and continued growth despite energy concerns.
