Two Youths Beaten in Separate Incidents in Sandpoint
Police seek suspects on assault charges after two Sandpoint youths were beaten Thursday. Mark Dooley, 19, was attacked near the City Beach tennis courts by two youths who warned him against reporting the incident. Timothy Louis Ramirez, 18, was beaten downtown by a man described as 6 ft 3 in tall, driving an old pickup with Washington plates. Minor injuries reported.

Idaho PUC schedules rate hearing for WWP Coeur d'Alene
