Two Youths Beaten in Separate Incidents in Sandpoint
Police seek suspects on assault charges after two Sandpoint youths were beaten Thursday. Mark Dooley, 19, was attacked near the City Beach tennis courts by two youths who warned him against reporting the incident. Idaho PUC schedules rate hearing for WWP Coeur d'Alene
