After three formal meetings and a rapid tour of nearly every Bonner County school, the Citizens Advisory Task Force prepares recommendations for a district wide building plan. About 20 volunteers will present at an April 11 8 p.m. School Administration Building session open to the public.

The two hour program Entertainment 77 debuts on the SHS stage at 8 pm with 18 acts including Sunrise and Last Day Messengers. Cedar Post sponsors the event to meet school requirements and support a San Francisco trip for the NSPA conference. Mrs Renee Gustaveson mentors the production with Cedar Post staff aiming for profit to cover expenses.

Vandals Damage Homes and Vehicles in Sandpoint Area
Robert Kahen of 708 Jefferson reports vandals broke an upstairs window during his absence causing about 25 dollars in damage. Earlier, vandalism struck in the Ponderay Manor Lake area with two cars having tail lights broken and fuel stolen from one vehicle.

Driver cited for inattentive driving in Sand Point
Arthur Chubb of 627 N posted 100 bond after being arrested by Sand Point Police Thursday morning. Chubb was cited for inattentive driving and transported to the police department where a scuffle with Patrolman Dave Boyce allegedly occurred. Chubb has been charged with assault and battery.

Car Fire Reported at Fifth and Poplar
Sandpoint fire crews were dispatched to a car fire at Fifth Street and Poplar Avenue Thursday at 2 17 p.m. The vehicle owner Francis P Reding of Sandpoint managed to extinguish the flames before they arrived. The blaze originated in the carburetor.

Burglaries Reported In Sandpoint Two Town Incidents
Police investigated two Thursday burglaries. George Hunter at Northwest Garage 512 Cedar reported about 225 dollars in items stolen including four drills a drop light and four tires with mag wheel rims. A car outside was jacked up and tires removed. In a separate case Karleen Dirks 710 N Fifth said a piggy bank and coin jar totaling about 40 dollars were taken from her home with no forced entry. antenna damage to her car amounted to 45 dollars and is the third such vandalism incident.
