It promises appetite boost, stomach relief, and acts as a blood purifier with cures claimed for scrofula salt rheum scald head boils pimples psoriasis blood poisoning rheumatism catarrh malaria and related humors.
An advertisement urges purchasing the Model Sligh Arm Light Running Sewing Machine No 6 for $20 with freight prepaid. It claims a ten year warranty and a refund of the full price if returned unsatisfactory within 30 days after arrival. Attachments included. promises versatile sewing capability.
