The remains of Mrs. Ella Edwards were brought from Dublin to Sandersville and interred in the city cemetery. She had lived in Dublin with her daughter Miss Nora Hopkins, a local schoolteacher, for several years and formerly resided here. Many friends attended the funeral services and mourn her passing.
Mr. M. G. Smith, manager of Rawlings Dairy, reports a Jersey cow yielding 62.2 pounds of milk and 8.26 pounds of butter in a test. The animal is noted as one of the finest and most handsome of her breed.
Due to a post office ruling, the paper will drop subscribers up to a year behind in payment. The paper will insist on payment of subscriptions and will require cash in advance for new subscribers, even those previously trusted for credit.
Coroner Ainsworth held an inquest last Friday on Freeman Walker who died suddenly while working in the field six miles north of Sandersville. The jury verdict found death due to natural causes. This is the county's first inquest this year after fifteen last year.

Tur Heraup managers express gratification at renewed payments and urge those in arrears to settle before April 1. They state they are not responsible for postal laws forcing removal of long‑delinquent subscribers and warn removals will occur per law. They pledge to keep all on the list and promote their printing services.
Beginning Sunday March 22 a series of revival services will be held at the Methodist Church. Rev Colson will be assisted by H Budd of Macon and Rev Blevins of Columbus. The public is invited to attend these services.
The Herald reports busy operations at its new printing establishment with both job presses active this week. The firm highlights use of new type, praise from customers, and readiness for large and rush orders, offering special prices on runs of five thousand impressions or more.

Mrs B B Lovett Jr state secretary of the Centennial Movement is preparing an interesting program on that subject for the fifth Sunday evening with Tennille talent assisting.
