Court Directs Verdict in Franklin Will Case
Last Thursday Judge Paul E. Seabrook directed a verdict in favor of the propounders Inman Belt and Annie Hall in probate of Mrs Mary Hall Franklin. The will leaves all property to sister Annie Hall. the caveat was sustained to the petition. The case drew a large crowd and may be appealed to the supreme court.
