Last Sunday at the home of Mr. Turner BE Roughton near Davisboro B F Jackson was shot and killed by Albert Roughton. Jackson fired first then Roughton returned fire as witnesses say two shots were fired. Roughton surrendered and a commitment trial set for two this afternoon at the courthouse.
