Murdered Cafe Owner Linked to Testimony Threat
Nick Raspaskos a Dallas Greek cafe owner was abducted at his hotel by a man posing as a detective and found shot to death two miles south of Dallas. Police suspect the killing was to silence him from testifying in a million dollar litigation over a will related to Co. C. Cobb. Earlier incidents include a shooting bombing at his cafe and rising tensions around the case.
