County’s two gallon blood donor leads by example
Leonard Crim, 40, a Brandenberger Equipment mechanic and father of four, has donated blood 16 times, including to Lampasas and Temple hospitals, and aims to recruit more donors. Born 1916 in Turkey, he and his wife Mary Wilson live at 998 Annex Street with their children Jimmy Weldon Douglas Bobby and Linda. He recalls his V A Hospital care in 1949 and credits blood donors for saving lives, calling for increased donations.

Return From Trip Taes and Visits Across States
Mr and Mrs Henry Tinney and sons Tommie and Darrell return home June 11 from a 10 day trip visiting Carlsbad Cavern Big Bend National Park and other West Texas New Mexico sites en route stopping in San Antonio with daughter and family and bringing granddaughter Michael Ann for a two week visit.
