San Marino High School graduate Taylor Mark has won sponsorship for DevelopNet Iganga, a project to build a rural Internet center in Iganga Uganda. ACTU and Lugano based NGO will provide technical help and seek Swiss funding to cover about half of the $50,000 budget, with July target for start. A San Marino fundraising drive runs through April 30 to supplement support and awareness.
