Police Chief Emphasizes Preventing Cycle Riding
Frederick Heidemann aged 9 sustained serious injuries after a bicycle accident on Lorain road. He was knocked from his bicycle by a car as he traveled on the wrong side of the street while delivering papers. The driver, a Black man, was later exonerated by police and the boy's mother.
